Recreational Pickleball Skill Level Breakdown:

Who This Fits:

• Players who are new, still learning, or playing casually with some consistency. Perfect for CSL's typical beginner / lower-intermediate crowd.

Player Characteristics:

• Still learning rules (faults, non-volley zone, scoring).
• Can hit basic forehands and backhands but lacks consistency.
• Struggles with serves/returns staying in every time.
• Limited ball control- lots of pop-ups, occasional mishits.
• Rallies tend to be short.
• Little to no strategic play (dinks + drops aren't intentional yet).
• Comfortable playing socially; not focused solely on competition.

League Vibe:

• Laid back. Fun-first. Mistakes are normal. Great place to learn and meet people.

1. New League Rule:

You must have a minimum of 2 players registered on your roster. If you don't have 2 or more players on your roster and not fully paid, your team is incomplete. We will not add you to the schedule until your roster is complete and fully paid. Please accurate rate your teams overal skill when registering so we can do our best to competitively schedule teams of similar ability as much as possible.

2. Fee Includes:

All equipment for league play (Nets, Paddles, Balls), league administration, league staffing and prizes for post season tournament champs! All league fees must be paid prior to the start of the league!

3. League Format - Please Review:

All teams are guaranteed 5 total games of play. 4 weeks of regular season play followed by a 1-2 week single-elimination tournament.
In the event that a league is postponed or delayed, CSL will make every effort to continue the league at the earliest possible date allowed. In the event that the league needs to be canceled, players will receive a league/ event credit for any unplayed guaranteed games that were not completed.

4. Forfeit Policy:

In order to continue to provide the best leagues possible for our participants, you can only forfeit 1 game a season. If you forfeit a second time, your team will be removed from the league
